Our application integrates with Google APIs, including Gmail, to provide automated receipt extraction and expense organization.
By connecting your Google account, you explicitly consent to the following:
- We access Gmail email content and attachments solely for the purpose of identifying and extracting travel-related receipts.
- Gmail content is used only transiently for processing and is not retained after extraction.
- We do not access, use, or process your Gmail data for advertising purposes.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties.
- We do not use your Google data to train machine learning models unrelated to providing the Service.
- We store only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service, including your email address and extracted receipt information required to generate reports.Email content and attachments are deleted after processing and delivery unless retention is required for user-requested history or legal compliance
- You may request deletion of your data at any time.
We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Restrictions
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service is prohibited.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
